The differentiated thickness drawing technology adopted by Dedacciai allows the combination of several needs such as maximum tube lightness, advanced mechanical characteristics and great finished-product reliability.

Given the great plasticity of the alloys adopted, it is possible to obtain particularly thin cross-sections and differentiated conical joints with reduction values of over 50%; by exploiting these characteristics to the maximum thanks to advanced geometric dimension definition (A.B.T. - Advanced Butt Technology), extremely light tubes are made with high mechanical resistance, while reducing thickness in zones where there is less mechanical stress and leaving greater thicknesses in zones subjected to the highest mechanical and thermal stress as a result of heating caused by the welding process.
In addition, the introduction of L.T.P. (Low Torsion Profile) sections allows improvements to the structural strength of individual tubes, and consequently, the entire frame structure.
Dedacciai products are manufactured in compliance with recent EEC UNI-ENI 9000 series standards, aimed at obtaining certified quality, guaranteeing absolute operating reliability and safety for cycling activities. The Dedacciai tube manufacturing cycle does not involve the emission of toxic and harmful fumes into the atmosphere.
