Zero Replica is the Series of new generation tubes. Outstanding technical characteristics, unequalled to-date in its category thanks to the special quality of steel employed and developed by Dedacciai, it is now possible to manufacture incredibly light, high- performance frames.
In fact, this is an alloy steel HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy) high-resistance, microalloyed which offers superior mechanical characteristics with maximum strength which can reach 1400 N/mm2 thanks to special thermal treatments.
The specific chemical combination prevents the brittleness and self-hardening phenomena which can take place in the cooling-down phase following frame assembly.
The presence of low percentages of carbon, elements of magnesium, chrome, molybdenum and vanadium guarantee weld ability and pliability.
These are the two fundamental characteristics which allow the material to mould into the desired forms and dimensions.

The Zero Uno Replica series, is the most classic of our steel products.
It is made in 25CrMo4. It’s a cold drawn seamless tube set, allowing the bike maker to combine their creative ability with the wide variety of available diameters, which Dedacciai guarantee to be of a superior quality and range.
The 25CrMo4 steel, Dedacciai evergreen, offers a perfect welding, together with its excellent mechanical characteristics, thanks to its cold plastic deformation.
