CARBON FIBER COMPONENTS

Dedacciai manufactures numerous Carbon components for custommade frames (tube to tube).
It uses the pre-impregnated material with epoxy matrix technology. This technique at the intial design stage allows an exact definition of the optimal percentages of resins and Carbon fiber.
Using this system the product obtained is faultless and free from any imperfections due to insufficient or excessive matrix.

Polymerization of the material, carried out in a vacuum systemautoclave,at hig temperature, eliminates possible excessive resin residues and stabilizes the final product.
Dedacciai selects Toray T700S UD PPtype fibers with a high modulus, uni and bi-directional for structural parts, and 3K-type and 12K-type multi-directional fibers for leather finishes.
As well as this, Dedacciai also employs aramidic-type fibers (Kevlar) to satisfy specific stress and vibration-resistance requirements.
